- Finalize the month plan with SC for the regular products as well as new products based on the capacity - Monitor scheduling of batches as per the plan - Hold timely discussions with relevant function for clearance of the constraints in meeting the plan - Coordinate internally with the other departments of the plant to ensure timely availability of resources - Ensure standardization / scale up of batches as per the schedule - Resolve any concerns faced during scale ups - Maintain and share the relevant documents - Prepare the consumable budget for the forthcoming year - Prepare the Capex proposals - SPI finalization with SC - Adhere to the company guidelines on safety and environment.
