Below are the roles and responsibilities aligned to the above mentioned role / role designation: 1. Strategic Quality Planning: Develop quality management plan (as part SQP) based on process/ client requirements in consultation with Quality manager and COH. 2. Process Management: Conduct client process audits, Identify gaps in execution process steps, provide feedback to agents/ TLs. 3. Process Control & Verification: Perform transaction monit oring and provide feedback to the advisors to prevent the transactional errors. Update process quality check lists. 4. Create engines for large-scale transformations and ensure implementation: transaction monitoring and Process audit Collate Data, Initiat e and lead Six Sigma YB projects and continuous improvement projects with the above scope, basic QC tools. 5. Risk Management: Identify and report operational risks by analyzing transaction monitoring and process audit results. 6. Talent Management: Suppo rt Quality Lead in training Transaction Monitors in the Transaction Monitoring Methodology, act as a buddy for a Band B2 while training. 7. Client Management: Participate in calibration sessions with the client, provide root cause analysis for weak perfor mance. Report and track implementation of corrective actions based on performance.
