Process Assistant (m/f), Mysore in Mysore, Karnataka

Your tasks:
- Read work orders and communicate with coworkers in order to determine machine and equipment settings and adjustments, and supply and product specifications
- Fill machines with glue, cement, or adhesives
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions; report or resolve problems
-Start machines, and turn valves or move controls to feed, admit, apply, or transfer materials and adhesives, and to adjust temperature, pressure, and time settings
- Perform test production runs and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that completed products meet standards and specifications
- Maintain production records such as quantities, dimensions, and thicknesses of materials processed
- Remove jammed materials from machines and readjust components as necessary to resume normal operations
Your skills:
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed
- Repairing machines or systems using the needed tools
- Expertise in circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming
- Expertise in business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
- Proficiency in the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to thedesign and production of various goods and services.
- Proficiency in design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
- Knowledge and prediction of physical principles, laws, their interrelationships, and applications tounderstanding fluid, material, and atmospheric dynamics, and mechanical, electrical, atomic and sub- atomic structures and processes
- Teaching others how to do something
- Proficiency in human behavior and performance
- Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do
